Option 1 - goods in stock in quantities of up to 3 euro pallets

  • after payment of the order, we forward the information to the customer care department
  • we order the shipping
  • we inform the customer by sending information, including a delivery note
  • goods are delivered within 3 working days after loading

Option 2 - goods in stock in quantities over 3 Euro pallets

  • after payment of the order, we forward the information to the customer care department
  • we order a carrier
  • we inform the customer by sending information, including a delivery note
  • goods are delivered within 3-4 working days after loading

Option 3 - goods from the supplier (shipping container)

  • after payment of the order, we will arrange the goods with the supplier and arrange transportation
  • as soon as the supplier informs us that the order is ready for dispatch, we immediately organise a loading
  • we inform the customer by sending information, including a delivery note. We also add ETA (Estimated time of arrival) information
  • within the EU we deliver the goods within 3-4 working days from the supplier’s information that the order has been prepared
